His expertise spans reviewing detailed environmental site characterization documents—such as Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Site Characterization Reports, and indoor air and groundwater sampling reports—as well as preparing and submitting critical compliance reports, including CDTFA Hazardous Waste Generation returns, Biennial Reports, and annual eVQ surveys.
